Jamboard is a shared digital whiteboard that lets you collaborate in real time using either a web browser or mobile app. Google Jamboard is available with all of our other Google Education tools alongside Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.

Framing the Lesson Badge Requirements
The teacher must include a screenshot of their objectives or close activity being used in a Jamboard session. If you are turning in evidence of a close activity students must have completed the activity within the Jamboard app. Your evidence must show unique features of Jamboard. Ex- The Jamboard toolbar.

Examples of Framing the Lesson using Jamboard: 

  • Have your task/objective outlined on the main Frame (or on all duplicate frames) of your Jamboard session
  • Use Jamboard as a closing activity for your lesson and let students draw collaboratively 

Critical Writing Badge Requirements
The teacher must include a screenshot of a Jamboard that includes a student response to a Critical Writing prompt typed or drawn on the frame using the Jamboard app. Your evidence must show unique features of Jamboard. Ex- The Jamboard toolbar.

Examples of Critical Writing using Jamboard: 

  • Create frames for groups or individuals and assign writing tasks to each live frame

Recognize & Reinforce Badge Requirements
The teacher must include a screenshot of personalized feedback they have given to a student in Jamboard that details the students growth or achievement on the frame. Your evidence must show unique features of Jamboard. Ex- The Jamboard toolbar.

Examples of Recognize & Reinforce using Jamboard: 

  • Provide live feedback to student entries in a variety of ways (stickies, GIFs, images, videos, links)
